Visited on October 26 without charging.
The parking is freely accessible with no gate. I didn't find any parking instructions. It's probably meant for customers, but there's nothing that would prevent charging overnight.
There are no parking spaces painted for charging. You can reach about 8 total parking spaces with the cables.
