Still haven't had an opportunity but I snapped a picture from the freeway where we see the 3 charger stands.

I don't think the parking has any gate, but I'll need to visit to see how that works and who can park/charge there.

Visited on Sunday without charging.

The parking is freely accessible, payment at the parking meter. 2 hours free.

There are 6 charging spots, designated with paint on the ground only, which might not be visible when covered in snow.

The 4 chargers on the left have attached cables, the 2 on the right don't.

The EVSEIDs are sequential, from left to right:

There's a 2.2m height limited posted at the entrance, but there doesn't seem to be any physical obstacle, at least not to reach the chargers and leave.
