I have no idea what's going on here.
I visited today but could not find any charger. I asked the information desk and they didn't seem to know much either. There's still some massive construction work going on. From what they told me, it seemed like there were indeed chargers before but they might no longer be there.
From the live data in July 2025, it looked like the 4 Evpass chargers were replaced with 6 Partino chargers. But I have never seen any picture or description of the Partino setup.
Those Partino chargers are still listed in apps, and there is activity from time to time, so they are probably still there.
The only picture I have of the old Evpass setup is from the Evpass app. It says level -1, and the picture seems to confirm that it's indeed the lower level, which is currently not accessible during the construction work.
All this suggests there's a good chance that the Partino chargers are still there, on the lower level, which no official way to access them until the the level is re-opened. But this makes me wonder about the sessions I see... Are those from employees? 🤔
