Visited on April 26 and did a short charge with Shell Recharge RFID, no issue.
The chargers are next to the handicap spots, in an area separated from the main parking area. You cannot miss them as it's right at the entrance.
There are no gates or camera-enforced time limit, you can charge here anytime.
I did not see anything indicating GOFAST work in the main parking.
