Visited on October 24 without charging.
The chargers are in the lowest level, 1. They all have green parking spaces with EV symbol.
I entered through the lower entrance from Lerchentalstrasse, but I believe you can also enter from the upper entrance from Rorschacherstrasse then drive down the levels.
There are no gates, it's a parking meter. At the entrance it says forbidden except with authorization and a separate sign "valid parking ticket counts as authorization". The parking is integrated with ParkingPay, you use the plate number. The tariffs are very steep, it's clearly not designed for long parking.
It's unclear if/when the parking closes.

The EVSEIDs are in sequential order left to right, from 20733 to 20740.
