Visited on Tuesday without charging.
The chargers are in the paid underground garage. All spots are painted green. The first 2 spots are larger and have the reduced mobility sign.
The first 15min are free. First hour is 50ct. Additional hours are 1CHF.
There's no mention of any closing time for the parking. You can also enter/exit on foot through an opening next to the gate instead of entering the shop, so I guess you could park there anytime.
