Visited yesterday without charging.
The fast charger is to the west of the dealership/gas station, under a roofed area. It seems to be open to the public, as 2 parking spots have an EV sign in front of them and an additional sign on the charger asks to park properly. There are no eCarUp ad-hoc QR codes, but there's a sign explaining how to download the eCarUp app and the price of 0.80CHF/kWh is indicated on the sign.
The other chargers are behind the garage, to the east of the gas station. There are 6 ABB chargers in the occasion lot, and an additional EVLINK charger behind the showroom. Only 3 of the ABB were open to the public at some point, but this might no longer be the case as they indicate out of service on eCarUp and the sticker are peeling off on location. Even if they were working, there were dealership cars blocking access to all the AC chargers.
