Visited on July 23 and did a short charge with Swisscharge RFID.
It's a mess. So there are indeed 8 green spaces, and ceiling mounts for 8 charging stations, but only the 5 rightmost spaces are equipped with chargers. The 3 green spaces to the left are just green but without any station, and it's not even super obvious until you have already parked that there is in fact no charger.
From left to right, the indicated station numbers are:
78389
78393 (out of service)
78392
78391
78390
The QR codes have been re-printed since the &Charge pictures, and 78391 / 78390 have been swapped. But this seems to be a wrong application of the new stickers, because while I charged on the charged labelled 78391, it's 78390 that showed occupied in the app.
There's practically no cell connectivity in the underground parking. I wonder whether the chargers are also networked via cellular, because my first activation attempt with RFID failed. I tried a second time and it worked. I has a lot of difficulty starting my GPS again when leaving because of the lack of connectivity.
The payment machine was out of service. There's another machine for the outdoor parking with the same tariffs, but the ParkingPay code is not actually the same (901 outside, 902 inside) so I don't think it would even register as a valid payment to use the machine outside. The direct TWINT QR code is missing on the machine underground, but that's probably not the worst because you wouldn't be able to open TWINT anyway due to the lack of connectivity...
I didn't see any posting of the closing hours. At the very entrance to the compound there are 2 signs with additional text, which are impossible to read without getting run over. Both in very small font, one very high and the other leaning against the pole, upside down. Perhaps one has replaced the other. It's possible that the text is the same as on the ban sign I also photographed inside the parking, but no way to be certain.
