I walked around the hotel today but the charger is not visible from either the main road or the path along the canal.

I still think the charger is outside, from the coordinates on eCarUp it must be among the few parking spots sandwiched between the buildings that are not visible without entering the parking grounds.

Today I found an angle where I could see the charger without having to enter the parking.

The hotel doesn't appear to have underground parking. The charger is outside, between the buildings and the parking space is painted green. I can't make out what model of charger this is from this distance, but it has to be the same one visible in eCarUp because the coordinates and name/location match.

There's CCTV in the parking lot.
