There's a construction permit on the city website that seems to confirm that the name "Pius Müller" that appears as the eCarUp charger owner seems to be the owner of the building. The charger can be seen on the Google Street View images from 2023-06. It matches with the eCarUp picture that shows a KEBA charger branded "solaredge" with an attached cable. Presumably the parking space is a "Besucher" for the building, but we can't see it on either picture.
The station was first visible on IchTankeStrom on 2022-06-18. Given the "solaredge" branding, it probably came as a part of, or as a later addition to the solar installation.
