Visited yesterday without charging.
The chargers are in the underground parking whose entrance is in front of building 60a on the main road. The entrance doesn't have any name except a covered parking sign and a ban sign that's almost impossible to read from a car.
You cannot tell from outside, but in fact there are no barriers, it's a parking meter.
All the spots are marked for either visitors or renters. Except for the charging spots that don't have any marking but green paint without any logo. But combined with the parking ban I think it's safer to assume those are visitors as well. The charging spots are right at the bottom of the ramp after the turn.
There are 2 electric car sharing vehicles to the left of the publicly networked charger. Those have their own chargers that are not networked.
