Visited yesterday and charged successfully with legacy Tesla Model S.
I don't think anything has changed all these years, except for the fact it's been open to non-Teslas.
The entrance is a bit hidden, you need to turn in the narrow cul-de-sac. You need to go around the tree that sits between that path and the main road.
I don't find the signage to be as good as it could be. The parking spots have zero marking, There are ban signs "Elektrofahrzeuge wärend des Ldervorgangs frei" at both extremities of the charging area before the regular parking spots, but the exact delimitation isn't very clear. The sign on the left with an arrow pointing to the right is close to the right edge of the parking spot that should be included. The sign on the right with the arrow pointing to the left is close to the left edge of the parking spot that should not be included. Though now that it's open to non-Teslas it wouldn't hurt to have the right-most parking spot also included for charging.
