Visited on August 17 and did a short charge with eCarUp app.
The chargers that are on eCarUp / open to the public are those on the pole on the right. They are the only ones with QR codes. There are 2 pairs of QR codes, on the sides it's for ad-hoc payment and on the front it's a link to a video that explains how to unlock the cable if it's stuck.
Not a lot of lighting, but luckily the lamp post is conveniently placed in the middle of the 2 charging stations.
There's nothing written on location about the "opening hours". On eCarUp it says reserved for employees weekdays between 06h-18h.
The QR links end in 03 and 04, so this makes me think it was probably the same 2 stations that were already open to the public before, but they showed 3 and 4 on eCarUp instead of having a different number.
I'm not sure how reliable the live session data is, but the station was showing the live power in the eCarUp app. I saw up to 7.26kW, but also 6.87 and 1.73. I think it's safe to say it's still a 22kW station (tested with monophase charger).
