Visited yesterday without charging.
Last time I visited I thought the parking was free, and maybe it was but it's actually paid. There is a parking meter next to the door of the shopping center. In my pictures from last year, we also see a parking meter there but it was a different model. There aren't any signs when you enter the parking telling you there's a parking meter. I didn't see any customer use the meter.
On the parking meter it's 50ct for the first hour, then it gets more expensive and is up to 4h. Payment required even when the store is closed. When using Twint you can pay by increments of 10ct.
When I arrived, someone was in their car, parked to the right of the charger, halfway on the parking spot. I mean, if you're going to block the charging spot, you might as well park correctly. Not sure what benefits they had to park there, there were plenty of other free parking spots close to the entrance.
