There are 2 parking spaces with EV signage in the small parking.
The parking is paid, but it's done by number and the EV spaces don't have numbers, so I think that's a pretty good sign that you don't pay extra for parking when charging.
There used to be a third charger in the Evpass cluster, and it was also visible for a short time on eCarUp. It was labeled "Tiefgarage Privat". It seems like the ID is still valid so it's probably still there. I don't know where that underground garage is, but I suppose it might not be accessible at all.
