Visited today and charged the IONIQ with Lidl Plus app.
Again, someone was using the second connector so I was charging at 29kW.
The touch controls on the charger screen were not working, I was not able to select a connector from the screen. Luckily it's not needed to start a charge from the app, but I couldn't check the power and SoC of the Tesla.
I decided to park forward and test the reach of the cable. It reaches but you need to pull quite hard on the cable extender to make the cable retainer unroll.
At first things were not working. The charger said it was establishing connection with the car, and nothing was happening. I tried unplugging and plugging again. The app said it timed out and asked if I wanted to try again, I tried clicking retry but the app stayed on that screen. Suddenly, the charge started. A few minutes later I restarted the app and it was now showing my active session. So things worked out in the end but I spent multiple minutes getting it started.
