Visited on May 20 and could not charge.
This is an absolute disgrace of a setup. The width of the parking spaces isn't the worst in itself, but there's very little room in front of the parking space to maneuver. With the large Model X to the left and the bike rack to the right, I had some difficulty backing into the spot, and the IONIQ isn't very large by today's standards! When leaving you cannot drive straight through the gas station, you have to take another right turn which is also very tight.
I'm not sure if the parking layout was always like this or not. On the 2021 Evpass pictures we don't see the camera-enforced parking limit. Maybe that's why they had to block the exit through the gas station, to force cars to pass in front of the camera. But really since the chargers were advertised as Tamoil chargers, they should be on the other side of the delimiter between gas station and stores!
I tried charging with my Shell Recharge RFID. It authenticated fine, but the charger kept complaining that the car was not plugged in. I retried a few times and even held the connector firmly in, but nothing worked. Looking at the live data now, there are almost no sessions on the left connector E587 so it's probably not an isolated problem.
