Visited today without charging.
There's an error on Swisscharge. The second picture shows the entrance to parking P5 (which is the outdoor parking), but this particular location is in P4, the underground parking for Coop. Everything else is correct including the coordinates, but they re-used the same picture of P5 entrance on both the underground location and outdoor location.
The chargers are in different rows, both at the very beginning of their rows and visible easily when entering the parking. There's an additional EV sign on the pillars right next to the rows that have them.
The charger in the second row (CH*SWIEE46214+CH*SWIEE46215) had a completely black screen. When I checked the app it said only one of the connectors was out of service. I see this evening that both connectors now show out of service. This particular charger had already been swapped in October 2023 after the original one got faulty according to the online data.
There are gates in the entrance but in lower position. Since it says "max 5h" and there are no payment machines it seems to be free parking.
