Visited yesterday on foot.
I never found any picture of this location before, but the online description was impressive, as there are as many chargers as there are parking spots https://www.puls5.ch/parking-und-lage/

Because none of the spots are reserved for charging, the number of available plugs isn't indicative of anything. The number of available parking spots can be seen on the Parkleitsystem website. Since many of the parkings on that platform have chargers I will probably try to integrate the live counter inside my website, and it will be most useful for this specific location.
On Swisscharge, the chargers are grouped in 4 locations, with 15 plugs each (17 for the last). If there's any time you need an RFID card, it will be here as it will be much easier than trying to find the plug number in the app.
I was a confused by the naming of the connectors visible on the Swisscharge payment page. 58 of the connectors are named Puls 5, Giessereistr.18, Besucher <number> (number being a unique number, except for 23 which appears twice) and the last 4 are named variations of öffentliche PP Fahrtrichtung <Rechts|Links>(<Einfahrt|Ausfahrt>). But in the parking it doesn't look like the spots are numbered, and based on the description on the website they should all be public parking. Maybe the names are just a result of being added separately and not following the existing naming convention.
On location I also noticed the ban sign next to the parking entrance that says only clients and visitors of businesses/renters of Puls 5 are allowed to enter, which contradicts the public parking claim from the website...
The chargers are installed on the pillars between the parking spots, often with 4 chargers around the same pole. It's a mix of Easee and Zaptec chargers. All chargers seem to have a QR code.
I also noticed one of the parking spots had an additional Tesla Wall Connector on the wall. It might have been one of the rented spots.
The payment machine for the parking only accepts credit card. It's written on the machine, but you only see this once you're already parked 🤣
I didn't see any other foot exit except for the one that leads inside the Puls 5 interior courtyard. I'm not sure if/when they close the interior courtyard and how access works when there's an event in the building.
