This is a really nice setup! Not sure how many vehicles there are around during business hours. During the holiday there was absolutely no one.
It doesn't really say how public this is, but this is clearly meant to be open to all the way it's designed! The eCarUp description doesn't say anything except "Hypercharger 1".
There are 4 green spots already painted but just 1 charger with 2 plugs. There's already a concrete block to install a second charger! The charger is a Hypercharger without the cable management option. I'm not sure what the "juice" thing mentioned on the stickers is. It looks a lot like the logo of the juice brand of chargers, it's a bit odd to see that on an Hypercharger.
There is a contactless reader installed but it says "Inbetriebnahme erforderlich" and there is no option to pay by credit card.
There's a Thai Take Away stand right next to the charger, but they seem to be on holiday as well.
We just barely see the smoke shaft from the power plant behind the building 🙉
