Visited on April 3rd and did a short charge with Swisscharge RFID.
This time the curtain was open (the shop was also open) and I was able to enter. I did not find any additional information about the operation outside of the store opening hours. There were no closing times posted.
The foot exit doesn't lead to the store, but directly in the outside. There's a sliding door that can be closed, but again no times posted.
The chargers are directly in front of the entrance. The paint and signs tell you to turn left for the Kunden parking, but to use the charging station you either turn right for the first half, or go straight through the forbidden sign "Dauermieter" to access the other half. There's no mention of specific chargers being for renters only. I believe the rented parking spots are down the ramp to another level, because even the parking spots directly behind the charger are still blue like all others on that level.
The parking is limited to 90min max, and this applies to the charging stations as well.
There are 5 parking spots with an EV symbol, but there are only 4 plugs. In the past it was actually possible to charge 5 cars, but the AC socket on the DC chargers was removed. It would have been pretty annoying before if someone used the spot closest to the charger to use the AC and you might not even be able to reach your car with the CCS to the middle spot. The 2 parking spots including the useless one one are extremely narrow. There's probably not much harm parking between the 2 painted spots, since nobody can use the second one anyway.
The Renault Megane was no longer charging, and the app was reporting that the 2 CCS were available, but that wasn't the case as it was still plugged in.
