Visited on August 24 and did a short charge with Swisscharge RFID.
The chargers are indeed accessible on Sunday and there is no access restriction. The signage is unchanged, blue disc, "Zeitangabe", 2.3m height limit.
There are no longer any QR codes for ad-hoc payment. There are new shiny "temper-proof" (?) Swisscharge stickers but they only contain the plug numbers, no QR codes.
There was a fraudulent QR code on the side of the charger for a TWINT "free money" scam, which I reported to E360.
