Visited on September 7. The chargers are still accessible without gates.
There are signs in German and English on the chargers saying the stations are "offline", suggesting to go to the Seedamm Center or GOFAST Schingellegi. What's funny is that if you are desperate enough to need their instructions, you need a fast charger, and the only fast charger at the Seedamm Center is Tesla 😂 I don't know if they intentionally hid the name on principle, or if they made a general statement as there are 2 other providers for AC charging there. I don't even know if you can charge a Porsche at Tesla with the angled spaces and short cables. You also need to "guess" you need the Tesla app, because as far as I know there are no instructions for new users.
The chargers themselves are still powered on, and one of their own cars was charging. I did not try to charge.
