Visited yesterday without charging.
This location used to host Tesla destination chargers. It's still listed on Tesla website with 5 Connectors up to 17kW. However I can't find any proof that there was ever 5 Tesla chargers. The only pictures and descriptions on Chargemap and GoingElectric show 3 chargers in an area with a green wall, which has to be on level 1 because the walls are still painted green in the EV corner.
Between September 2023 and January 2024 there were 6 connectors listed on Swisscharge.
Nowadays there are still 6 chargers, now networked through Sintio. They don't seem to roam with any Swiss payment provider and don't appear on IchTankeStrom.
The price is currently 2.16CHF start fee + 0.54CHF/kWh between 7h-19 or 0.47CHF/kWh at night. I find their price display overly complicated. There's a "current prices" section, a "tariff details" section and a "today's exceptions" section. The "current prices" will change depending on the time you open the page, and I'm not sure if anything special is displayed if the price is about to change. The next section shows the "normal" price, and then "exceptions" show different prices and the times they apply. What's strange is that the day tariff is set as the exception instead of the opposite.
There are 3 chargers on floor 1 and 3 more on floor 2. There's digital signage outside the parking and at the top of the ramp of both floors indicating the number of free EV spaces. There are Zaptec electric rails installed along more walls, so they should be able to easily upgrade to more chargers in the future. The signage can display up to 3 digits so it should be compatible with more chargers as well.
The website of the shopping center mentions the parking is 24/7 and the prices, but there's no mention of charging stations https://gais-center.ch/anfahrt-und-parking/
