It was very busy, but not everyone was playing nice.
Out of 10 occupied chargers, only 5 cars were actively charging (blue). 2 cars had finished charging, that's fine (yellow), 2 cars were plugged in but probably not started a charge (white) and one car wasn't even plugged in (the white Tesla Model Y with green light).
When I arrived I thought I would have to wait because there was another Tesla in front of me, but they went to park on the private space at the end of the row without a charger, and I was able to take the single free space.
After a little while, nobody was coming back to their cars and a queue was starting to form. Since I was just waiting for a particular SoC and was being throttled by the car next to me, I decided to unplug and take the connector that was left unused by the Tesla Model Y. Since that charger was shared with another car that had finished, I was able to get 60kW instead of 30kW.
