No longer listed on Tesla website.
On Chargemap there is a picture showing the charger is outside next to a hedge. There didn't appear to be any parking spot painted next to it. It has the red "Tesla only" sign. A closeup picture shows a sticker asking to register at the restaurant to enable the the charger.
