Visited yesterday without charging. Didn't notice anything new.
There are still 3 parking spaces indicated for charging, despite the charger only supporting 2 simultaneous sessions.
No gates, and no indication for payment. Seems to be free parking.
There were some ribbons at the entrance but the way was not completely blocked. Signs say forbidden parking from October 13. No idea how long the parking will be closed/reserved.
The QR codes at this location don't appear to have been tempered with.
