Visited on July 29 without charging.
The charger is in an industrial area, in a narrow alley between the building. It's allowed to drive in either direction, but difficult to turn around, so the best is probably to enter from the north, so the car is facing the "correct" way to park on that side.
Even after visiting, I'm still unsure if this is something for the employees/visitors of the foundation, or a service they offer to the city. The other parking spaces around are yellow, so they must be private, but the chargers have 2 official-looking green spaces, and no indication of being reserved. I also didn't see any forbidden sign entering the area.
There are both ChargeOne QR codes (on the side, not immediately visible) and Twint QR codes (on the front).
