Visited on June 14 and did a short charge with Shell RFID, no issue.
Like at Parkplatz Seifi it's not super clear if charging customers must pay for parking in addition to putting up the blue disc.
The parking space on the right was blocked by a car that was not plugged in. They didn't have the blue disc set either.
