This station has been listed for a long time on eCarUp. The description suggests it is available for the public.
The live data has been showing out of service ever since 2021, but I don't know if that's an artefact of being free, or if it has actually no longer worked since that time.
The location used to be on Chargemap, but the marker has since been deleted.
We cannot properly see the location on the Google Street View images from May 2023. There are trees and cars in the way. The parking space seems to still be there but we cannot confirm if the lime charger is still there.
