Visited on July 5 without charging.
Only one station was not blocked by a trash container and was occupied. It didn't seem to be a Share Birrer car, so I'm not sure where their car had gone. I could not find any information about this disturbance on their website.
A sign behind the container indicated forbidden parking "ganzer Platz, Ab Freitag 03. Juli 2026 12:00 Uhr, Städtlifäscht". I assume the container is an extension of that disturbance. But out of the hundreds of parking spaces, why did they have to keep just the charging spaces blocked after the event??
The live data suggests the obstruction was cleared by Monday afternoon.
The street situation is still the same, there's a block in the middle of Oberer Graben open only to public transport and cycling, but you can access the parking from either way and it also becomes a way to drive across the blockade. I arrived from the north this time and I'm pretty sure I saw a digital sign saying "P Oberer Graben: Geschlossen". But it was in fact open, apart from those 3 charging spaces.
There have been some changes/improvements to the signage. The vertical sign is different, and now shows an AVIA Volt logo. The 3 public chargers now have QR codes, in order left to right 90061, 90062, 90063. 90061 is the only one without an attached cable. 90062 is purple, unlike the usual green color scheme for the public chargers.
The mention "Parkplatzgebühr ist inkl." is not present anymore on the new signs, so I guess you now need to also pay at the parking meter.
