On the lemnet site I see this location is listed as automatically synced from SMATRICS, so it must be networked! But it's not visible at https://ladenetz.smatrics.com/en/ which doesn't show any charger in Switzerland. It's probably connected through one of their whitelabel solutions.
It could also have been used in the past and no longer be. The modified date on lemnet is 2020-07-14 so it's not that old.
