This location is listed on Tesla website with 1x11kW destination charger.
On Chargemap we see the charger is in front of parking spot 20 in an underground garage. Next to the wall connector there's also an electrical box with blue and red plugs.
I drove by on Monday and took a picture of the outside. I'm not sure whether the parking entrance is to the left of right, there are garages on both sides. There seems to be some construction work going on.
