Visited today without charging.
I'm always amazed how you can add more signage and just make things more confusing...
First it's unclear if the station is open to non-customers. The parkings spots have a "für Gäste" signs, but there's also an evpass ban sign "Reserviert für Elektrofahrzeuge", but it has "Hotel Bahnhof Reichenbach AG" written above it as part of the sign, but not the word "Gast". So what does it mean?
The evpass description doesn't clarify things, it just says it's a private free parking.
The other unclear thing is that there's a spot reserved for charging, but which one? There's no paint on the floor. The sign is above the first spot, but the charger is between the first and second spot. In the evpass picture, there's a car charging on the second spot.
There are no gates, the parking spots are directly accessed from the main road.
The charger is not managed by evpass, it's a custom pricing.
There is no QR code for ad-hoc payment. In fact there's nothing written on the charger, you can only guess it's activated through evpass from the name on the ban sign.
