Visited yesterday and did a short charge on CCS with the M-CHARGE card.
I don't think they added any new signage since the free charger days. When you enter the parking, there is no sign pointing towards the chargers.
The AC chargers are still in parking -1. If you do enter -1, there are EV signs pointing you around the parking towards the bottom of the stairs. The evbox chargers have been replaced with Zaptec. They are currently numbered 5 and 6, but I assume they were numbered 1 and 2 at the beginning just like in the online data.
In parking 1, there are still the MOVE myNet chargers reserved for Migros company cars.
The new DC chargers are in parking 3, which you have to guess. Even at that level there are no signs, so if the parking is full it might not be easy to spot where they are. They are to the north, turning right in the row after the family spots. Even though it's the top level, it's still covered.
There are indeed 4 DC chargers with 8 stalls, charger 2 is there but with an "ausser Betrieb" sign.
The parking is not closed outside of business hours, and it doesn't seem forbidden to enter. At the entrance there's a sign reminding of the opening hours for the shopping center, but none of the parking-related signs mention any hour.
On level 1 the lights automatically turned on when I entered, but on level -1 everything stayed dark.
There's a license plate scanner at the entrance and you are supposed to pay for parking if you exceed the 3h of free parking. There are payment machines in various area of the parking, and you can also pay online within 24h to avoid a fine.
