Visited on Monday without charging.
The chargers are in the Serletta parking. The parking appears to be open 24/7 and there are 30min of free parking.
There are no signs outside telling there are chargers here, but once inside at each ramp there are signs, first pointing up when on first floor, then pointing to the current floor when on the second floor.
There's a counter for charging spots but it's completely stupid. The superchargers are pooled together with the AC chargers in the count, so there's no way to know how many of which are available. And if that wasn't enough, there are 8 green EV spots but only 7 chargers, so you have to deduct 1 from the count 🤦
The unintended benefit of having 8 spots for 7 chargers and the AC being to the right of the Supercharger is that if you're a non-Tesla with the charging port on the wrong side, you could park to the right of the supercharger and you're not really blocking any AC stalls since someone can park in the extra green spot and pull the AC cable to there. I really wonder why they added that 8th spot.
