Visited on June 26 and did a short charge with AVIA Volt RFID, no issue.
I believe the charger was replaced when they moved to AVIA Volt, but it's still a very similar shape and no cable attached. It's not the variant with contactless, the only ad-hoc method is the QR sticker on each side.
The vertical signs and horizontal paint still say plug&roll.
I'll need to take a closeup of the sign at the entrance in the future. I doubt there's any mention of the charger though. It's probably fine to park here at any time, as long as you are charging.
There was some roadwork, but no issue to access this parking and charger.
