The pictures on Chargemap give us a few hints about the history of this location.
Charger is painted orange with the ewb logo. The parking spaces are numbered 232 and 233.
A picture shows the charger under a blanket with a sign "Ausser Betrieb" and the picture legends reads "Ausser Betrieb am 20 Oktober 2020"
An older picture shows the charger with the parking spaces not yet painted. Chargemap pictures are not dated but it probably goes together with the comment from April 2020 reporting they couldn't charge because of ICE-ing, mentioning to look at the picture. A comment from May 2020 says the parking spots have since been painted.
