Visited yesterday to find out what happened.
The charger is no longer there, though the EV parking pace still is.
There's construction to the east of Volg. It's no longer possible to drive around the building. Part of the Volg parking lot has been blocked/taken over, but the not-a-charging-spot is still accessible.
I see now that we actually have Google Street View images from behind the building in June 2024. The construction site has not started yet at that time, but the charger is already gone. We see the concrete foundation with nothing on it, just like on my own pictures.
The sign at the entrance to the parking says "Privatparkplatz nur für Volg-Kunden" and there's something taped out underneath. On Google Maps we see the text used to also say "oder mit Parkkarte".
