Visited yesterday without charging.
The charger is on its own at the side of the gas station, between the "avec" tent and the Tamoil billboard.
We can see on the ground that the parking space used to be painted parallel to the curb, but it has been re-painted to be perpendicular. Since there are no other parking spots immediately next to the charger I think it's fair game to park however necessary to be able to plug in. Long vehicles could partially block the entrance to the gas station though.
There was probably a credit card reader on the charger in the past but it's been replaced by a blank and there is no option to pay by card reader on the screen.
