Visited on August 10, it was a big mess.
The left charger seems to be working, but the contactless reader is broken and is not offered in the payment options.
The middle charger might have been working, but the touch screen was not reacting. The contactless reader was turned on but without the screen, there was no way to activate it. I didn't try charging via the app, I suspect it would have worked.
The right charger is the new ABB Terra 360. A contactless reader is fitted but not yet enabled, and is not offered on screen. Another customer was trying to charge on connector 2 with a roaming RFID without success. When I first tried charging on connector 1, I tried the MOVE RFID but it said I was not allowed to charge. After that point, I was no longer able to select connector 1, nothing would happen when selecting "Start charging". It probably wasn't a touch screen issue, because the button is at the exact same location whether you choose connector 1 or 2, and 2 was still working. I also tried charging with the MOVE app, the connector showed available, and when selected I was redirected to my session history and nothing happened. Finally I tried Swisscharge RFID on connector 2 and it did work.
I tested my MOVE RFID on the left charger and it worked, so I really have no idea why it wouldn't work on the new charger.
I notice they removed the Primeo Energie branding on the older chargers. Is this intentional?
