Visited 2 times today, charged once with contactless, no issues.
Contactless price is actually 58ct/kWh, not 59ct/kWh as indicated on GOFAST website. The reservation is still 150CHF. The terminal shows a QR code pointing to https://www.gofast.swiss/beleg to obtain a receipt.
All the new chargers are EVTEC ristretto&charge, labelled as 300kW. All have the cable management and contactless reader.
There are more CHAdeMO plugs on the Limmat side. Before the upgrade there was only 1 on each side. There is still only one on the Wald side, but Limmat now has 4. You need to look for them, they are on the 2nd, 3rd, 9th and 10th unit.
The 10 new charging spots have been painted with yellow squares, but there are no EV signs or ban signs installed yet. I'm surprised this is not yet done as they had announced a grand opening.
On both side a few spots were ICEd by ICE cars, but the biggest offenders were half of the electric cars that were not plugged in.
Like all other Sundays I drove by, the rest stop was extremely busy. I was not able to properly inspect all charging stations. The names of the 5 charging stations in front of the original blue parking spots (rightmost chargers), from left to right:
Alex
Pia
Manfred
Alina (with CHAdeMO)
Andrin (with CHAdeMO)
It's challenging to take good pictures here, both because of the geography (the road curves even more than on the Wald side) and because there's a constant stream of vehicles and pedestrians walking in the frame 😅 I really need to go back at a less busy time.
