In the end this location was assigned to SOCAR, so we'll likely not see that exact setup, but I wonder whether SOCAR will place their chargers in that same spot or elsewhere.
It's interesting to have double-depth parking spaces in a one-way system like this, but that's not an invention for the render, that's how the parking spaces already are at this location. In fact the render is less advanced than I initially thought. When comparing with the Google Street view images from 2022 we see there's already a wide gap there with double depth. The curbs, trees, trash bin, lamp posts and building in the background are all real. Even the vertical EV sign is a photoshop of the existing blue disc sign. A problem with the setup as rendered is that it removes one of the exit lanes, but that could probably still be done as you can also continue to the right and exit there.
The only real problem I see with the render is the lack of lanes to go around the chargers. If we compare with Fastned's Lenzburg, Suhr, Apfelwuhr or even SOCAR's own St-Prex there's always space to go around so that the person parked behind can leave, or someone can access the space in front if it's the only one free.
I'm not sure it will make sense to install 8 chargers here though, they'll probably go with 4 at first, so that requires less space.
