Visited on November 27 and charged with MOVE RFID, no issue.
The new charger is to the left of the existing chargers. The branding says 400kW, so it must be true and not a default MOVE API value.
The new charger is missing the stickers for the charger number and connector EVSEIDs. Luckily it shouldn't be difficult to figure out it's number 3 and A/B are always left/right. At this location they are even lucky they will not have to renumber the existing chargers, as the new one is where number 3 would naturally fit.
Contactless appears to be working on the 400kW and 150kW chargers, but does not work on the 300kW charger (middle). All are listed at 75ct/kWh.
Like at all SOCAR stations, the charge seems to hold at ~13kW for ~20 seconds at the start before ramping up.
The highway exit signs still say 4 charging spaces at the moment.
The new charger was not immediately visible in the MOVE app, in fact I'm not certain of the exact day it was put into service as the MOVE IchTankeStrom integration was also experiencing issues at the same time. The charger was first visible on IchTankeStrom on 2025-11-22 and in MOVE app on 2025-11-27.
