Visited on Tuesday without charging.
There are 2 charging spots at the rear of the parking lot for the shopping center. Parking is free, there are no gates.
There are Plug'n'roll signs at the entrance pointing towards the end of the parking, but no repeat once you're in the straight line. Just continue to the end and you will find the chargers.
I fear the signage might not make it clear that 2 spots are reserved when the ground is covered in snow.
