Visited on September 7 without charging.
The charger has been showing out of service in the live data since April, but might have been out of service since January already, as there's a bunch of unknown status and then nothing that looks like real sessions in April.
The charger is still there, turned off, and with 2 little "Ausser Betrieb" stickers.
It looks like there was one parking space reserved for charging, while the others are reserved "Aertzen und EKZ", probably would have been fine to use one of these for the second plug outside business hours.
No gate, no parking meter.
