Visited yesterday and did a short charge.
I was alone on the charger with the Tesla Model S and reached 41kW. I'm not sure if the charger or the car was limiting, it might have been the car. It was still charging at 50kW when we left Rubigen Supercharger and there's a bit of road in between so I expected 50kW to be doable.
What's certain is that the charger is not limited to 25kW. I'm going to list it as 50kW and we'll see in the future if I can get more data.
I noticed that in Swisscharge app, this location is labelled as 50kW. I wonder where this information comes from, as MOVE still lists 25kW.
Since there was a double 22kW charger here before, I think it's quite possible that the same wires were re-used, so they might have around 63A to play with. Around 40kW total would make sense instead of 50kW.
I also noticed something funny, not sure if this affects all HYC_50 or just a specific software version, but there's an asterisk next to every value on the screen and the legend on the side says to refer to the overlay for official values. On the HYC_150 and above, the meter values are displayed in an overlay at the top of the screen. But on the HYC_50, there's no overlay. The meter is on the side of the unit and has its own screen. So maybe the text needs an update... I didn't check how they translated it in other languages, I only saw the German version.
