Visited yesterday.
There is some construction work for a new Groupe E charger, since it's not exactly at the same location as this old charger I created a new marker for it. This marker is for the older 2013 charger.
I couldn't find many pictures of this location. It was listed until December 2022 on opendata. It's not on Chargemap (anymore?). However it's on GoingElectric https://www.goingelectric.de/stromtankstellen/Schweiz/Duedingen/MOVE-Ladesaeule-Bahnhofplatz-2/1411/ , added in July 2013 and last updated in June 2014. It's also visible on Google Street View, dated September 2013. The coordinates I had on opendata weren't exact. The charger was some meters away. The pictures from GoingElectric, Street View and what I saw yesterday confirms the charger was at the location I pictured.
The parking situation is a bit strange, because the spots are separated from the parking meter area and almost seem to belong to the businesses next door, yet the spots are white just like the parking meter spots, instead of the expected yellow. It seems like it was always like this and the spots were never painted. The description on GoingElectric says the spots were not reserved for charging. Indeed, I don't see any paint or sign on any of the pictures I found.
I don't have any definitive confirmation that the EVSEIDs CH*CCI*E20109
and CH*CCI*E20110
matched with this location, as the GoingElectric pictures didn't show any QR codes or identifiers. This might have pre-dated Intercharge.
