There's an eCarUp charger with the unhelpful name "EHKA2ZSD" at this location. There used to be a MOVE charger at the same coordinates. Presumably the eCarUp charger has taken its place.
There are pictures of the older MOVE charger on Chargemap, showing a reserved charging spot painted on the floor. I didn't see any picture of the eCarUp charger.
