Visited on July 12 and did a short charge with Swisscharge RFID.
The chargers are in the parking for the fire station. There's no explicit indication that they are open to everyone, but they are painted with the usual eniwa logos and the arrow for the parking ban on the wall has been modified to point only right instead of left and right, excluding the charging spots.
There is no public parking nearby, if you're not charging you will have to go elsewhere. Everything is for the fire station, and closer to the main road it's the parking for the restaurant.
